This privacy policy explains how Axton Group LTD Japan handles website inquiries submitted through the self-hosted contact form.
When you submit the contact form, Axton Group LTD Japan may collect your name, email, phone number, company, selected service, message, consent confirmation, page context, browser user agent, and a hashed IP address for basic abuse prevention.
We use inquiry information to respond to your project request, evaluate service fit, prevent spam or abuse, and maintain internal records.
Contact submissions are stored internally in a SQLite database on the website hosting account. Direct browser access to storage and private configuration directories is blocked by server rules.
The contact form does not use Formspree, Netlify Forms, or third-party form services. Valid submissions may trigger a server email notification and, if configured, a Google Sheets webhook copy while SQLite remains the primary local record.
